Our Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied you can return your items within 14 days if the item is defective or does not match the item’s description. Please note, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order from 29 Lowndes.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoebox as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoebox inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Please note that Store Credit items are not eligible for a refund and may only be returned for store credit.
Store credit is valid up to one year after the original date of purchase.
29 Lowndes reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As 29 LOWNDES adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by accessing your 29 LOWNDES MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. Simply navigate to your account’s RMA page and click Request new Return at the top of the page. Complete the form and submit the request to receive a return authorization. Return instructions will be included.

For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are offer exchanges on certain items at this time. We ask that you send an email to email@example.com in order verify an exchange is available. We ask that you return the original merchandise. Once the original merchandise exchange is accepted, we will ship the exchanged item. Please note additional shipping charges will be applied to your payment method.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
